What is Fiera’s return policy?

We love Fiera® and want you to love Fiera too. If you have any issue with your product please consult our FAQ and troubleshooting guide for answers to the most common questions. If you are still having a problem, please email customer support so we can help! We are a company that wants to make a positive impact on your life. We are happy to assist with any concern.

Our Warranty is valid for customers who have purchased through Fiera.com or a Fiera® authorized retailer. Please note that Fiera is a personal care product and cannot be returned unless defective. All defective items must be returned within one year of receipt. (See Warranty Statement for details). If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace the product free of charge, or offer a refund.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in case of a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product is found to be working (non-faulty).

To initiate a return for a defective product please email customer support to request authorization. Fiera® cannot be returned without prior authorization.

We have extensively studied our product and Fiera is shown to deliver stated results for most women, but results may vary. We believe the product will be an enjoyable experience and hope you do too. If you have any concern, please reach out to us.
